Contact us

The quickest way to reach us is WhatsApp. We answer questions about using Superbuy for Taobao, spreadsheet links and shipping choices.

Creators and online shop owners can also message us there about dropshipping: send us your customer's order and address, and we buy the item in China and post it straight to them. That service is ours, not Superbuy's.

For anything involving your Superbuy account, orders, payments or parcels, contact Superbuy directly through superbuy.com. We cannot see or change Superbuy accounts.

Never send anyone, including us, your Superbuy password, verification codes or card details.
