LoveGoBuy vs Superbuy
LoveGoBuy is an operating agent whose biggest market is France, with searches rising over the last two months. Reviewers praise its app, its Discord (where it runs coupon giveaways) and its support; a third-party audit found first replies typically within a day. Its Trustpilot profile shows around 620 reviews, but the profile is unclaimed by the company, which means LoveGoBuy isn't actively managing or inviting reviews there.

How refunds work while items are in the warehouse
A LoveGoBuy-specific search: how to refund an order while it's still in the warehouse. The principle is the same at LoveGoBuy and Superbuy: once an item arrives, check the QC photos, and if it's wrong, request a return to the seller before you submit a parcel. Returns depend on the seller agreeing and usually cost the domestic return postage; refunds go to your agent balance. Once an item ships internationally, refunds become much harder everywhere.
Get the address right before shipping
One recurring LoveGoBuy complaint is worth learning from: a buyer asked for a zip-code fix days before shipping, was told it would be changed, and the parcel shipped with the wrong code anyway. At any agent, double-check your address before submitting a parcel, and if you spot an error, pause the parcel rather than relying on a promise in chat.
Is LoveGoBuy legit?
Yes, it operates normally, with consistent positive reviews through 2026 and an active community. Its searches are small in the US ("is LoveGoBuy legit" gets about 30 a month) and much larger in France.
LoveGoBuy, Superbuy and French buyers
With France its biggest market, LoveGoBuy's EU lines are what most of its customers use. Since 1 July 2026 every agent's EU parcels under €150 owe €3 customs duty per product type plus TVA at 20% in France, so the choice between agents comes down to line prices and how tax is collected. A line with EU taxes included avoids a charge and a clearance fee at the door. Our Superbuy to Paris and France page works through an example.
Apps and add-ons
LoveGoBuy's app and browser tools are among its most-praised features. Superbuy offers apps on both major platforms and a longer list of paid warehouse services instead: detailed inspection (CN¥5.50), model try-on photos (CN¥30), vacuum packing (CN¥17). Which matters more depends on whether you value convenience or control over what gets shipped.

- Price the same parcel on bothSame weight, same address, in each agent's shipping calculator. Compare the total, not the fee line.
- Run one small orderCheck QC photos, packing and delivery before moving a big haul.
LoveGoBuy vs Superbuy FAQ
Is LoveGoBuy legit?
Yes. LoveGoBuy operates normally, with around 620 mostly positive Trustpilot reviews through 2026 and an active community, strongest in France. Its profile is unclaimed, meaning the company isn't inviting or managing reviews there. A third-party audit found first support replies typically arrive within a day. As with any agent, pay per order and start with a small haul.
How do I refund a LoveGoBuy order in the warehouse?
Check the QC photos as soon as the item arrives and, if it's wrong, request a return to the seller before submitting a parcel. The seller has to agree, you usually pay the domestic return postage, and the refund lands in your agent balance. Superbuy works the same way and stores items free for 90 days. Act at the warehouse stage; after international shipping, refunds get much harder.
Does LoveGoBuy have an app?
Yes, and reviewers rate it among LoveGoBuy's best features, along with a browser extension. Superbuy has iOS and Android apps too, but leans on a longer list of paid warehouse services such as detailed inspection (CN¥5.50) and model try-on photos (CN¥30). Choose LoveGoBuy if app convenience matters most, Superbuy if you want more control over what ships.
Where do LoveGoBuy coupon codes come from?
Mostly from LoveGoBuy's Discord giveaways and from creator links. Like most agent coupons, these usually carry minimum spends and expiry dates. Consolidation tends to save more than any code: on Superbuy's UPS Economy example the first 500 g costs CN¥320 while each extra 500 g costs CN¥50. Treat coupons as a bonus on a full parcel, not a reason to pick an agent.
Is LoveGoBuy better than Superbuy?
It depends on where you live. LoveGoBuy suits French buyers and app users, with around 620 reviews and well-liked support. Superbuy offers a track record since 2012, a published CN¥0 Taobao fee and 4 stars from 1,000+ reviews. Since 1 July 2026, EU parcels under €150 owe €3 per product type plus 20% TVA in France with either agent, so compare line prices.
Can I move LoveGoBuy links to Superbuy?
Yes, if the link contains the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item. Paste LoveGoBuy links into our link converter, then put the clean link into Superbuy's search bar to open its order page, where Taobao and 1688 items carry a CN¥0 fee. Ship anything already in LoveGoBuy's warehouse from there rather than splitting one haul across two agents.
How do I use a LoveGoBuy coupon code?
Claim it from LoveGoBuy's Discord or a creator link, then apply it at checkout on LoveGoBuy's own site after reading its minimum spend and expiry. Coupons go furthest on a consolidated parcel, because the first weight step is the expensive one. Before shipping, double-check your address: one buyer's parcel left with a wrong zip code despite a promise in chat. Pause the parcel if anything's off.
